I am passionate about design, and I believe the most memorable spaces are those filled with meaning and unique experiences. I design buildings & interiors to save energy, using nature's free resources, while helping you translate your taste, memories & lifestyle into a spatial dimension to make together one harmonious space. See how it woks here.
Starting architecture school at the University of Texas at Austin and finishing my studies with a Master of Architecture from France, I oriented my research toward bioclimatic architecture and energy-saving design, with an emphasis on passive cooling strategies used in the warmest areas of the world. I have also been trained to create quality yet affordable interiors without compromising elegance & comfort.
I continuously learned about design while working under the close supervision of renowned award-winning architects: Paris-based Michel Guthmann, Beirut/Jeddah-based Michel Khallouf, and Cairo-based Shahira H. Fahmy.
I also taught architecture, design & construction courses at the French University in Egypt & at Dar Al Hekma University in Saudi Arabia. As part of my teaching activities, I led many academic workshops about Egyptian cities, affordable housing & participatory approach in design.
Many of my design projects have already been completed, take a look at them here.

philosophy
As an architect, I strive to deliver designs with the power to contribute to your health & wellness. I believe healthy spaces are those allowing you to live in harmony with your environment & your unexpressed self.
I love to promote whole living through design. I believe feeling whole comes from the sense of belonging in a space, and the sense of connection to the natural environment. In an era of increased artificialness, reconnecting with nature brings balance.
I believe nature brings serenity in a space, and appeals to humans both consciously & subconsciously. I love to recall nature in my designs by its color combinations, textures & materials. I believe there is powerful healing under the flawless colors of nature.
Nature also gives us the best, cheapest & most powerful energy. Skip commercial
consumerist "green" certifications. Go bioclimatic.
